Fantasy football is just the worst sometimes.
It’s especially maddening for Thursday night games. Sometimes, you’ve got an inkling about a player and decide to start him, only to see them struggle in the short week.
Or a borderline starter who’s had some troubles breaks out … on your bench.
In this case, it’s the latter — Philadelphia Eagles running back Jordan Howard ran all over the Green Bay Packers with 115 total yards and three touchdowns.
And after he scored just once in the first three games of the season and Miles Sanders got more carries, Howard was on A LOT of fantasy benches.
Sanders was on my list of sleepers this week because we knew the Packers can be gotten to on the ground. But who knew that it would be Howard who would take over?
